1. How do I reschedule or cancel a booking? Simply click on the 'My Bookings' tab on our website. From there, you can view your upcoming schedule and easily book or cancel your classes. 2. What payment methods do you accept? We offer secure and convenient payment options. You can pay for all workshops and consultations via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or Debit Card. 3. What is your refund policy? Consultations: We offer full refunds for consultations if your cancellation request is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Workshops: Workshop registrations are non-refundable, except in the case of documented medical reasons. To request a refund, please provide valid medical evidence of the issue
